Dead Horse Point State Park - Weird Name, Great Views

Image
Even though the potato cats had an amazing time touring Arches National Park, they unfortunately had to cut it short and find a campground quickly as they had overslept into the afternoon. They wound up at the entrance of Dead Horse Point State Park, where the park ranger told them that there was one campsite remaining. After a small debate, the cats happily took the campsite as it would allow them to see the park in the evening and in the morning. The views (especially the sunset and sunrise) were absolutely stellar, and the campground was clean and packed with features, like a fully functioning restroom, dishwashing station, and a table. Even though they weren't originally planning to stay at Dead Horse Point State Park, the potato cats don't regret their decision in the slightest and highly recommend a visit to the park (it's a must if you're close to Arches) , 11/10 paws. Views that will make you go meow~ :

Really Big Arches at Arches

Image
After their humbling experience in Mesa Verde, the potato cats booked it to Arches National Park to see what all the hype was about in Utah. The cats were not disappointed as they got to see the famous (not to be confused with infamous) Delicate Arch, which is proudly displayed on a lot of Utah license plates. The sheer size of the arches at Arches left the cats awestruck, and they would gladly visit the park again if they had the opportunity to (and they probably will). Big arches with a side of cat:

The Beautiful Mesa Verde Mega Tour

Words can't really describe the experience that Mesa Verde has to offer, but pictures can! The potato cats were able to learn a lot more about the culture of the Ancestral Pueblos while viewing their ancient homes and learning about how its inhabitants lived their lives. Pictures that will hopefully give their viewers insight:
